Shipping Policy

Currently, we offer delivery to most pin codes in the country. However, certain remote locations may experience longer shipping times or limited service availability.


Order Processing Time :


  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Duration :


  • Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Remote Locations: 4-7 business days.


Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.


Order Tracking :


  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking ID. You can monitor your delivery status directly on the Ship rocket tracking page.


Packaging and Freshness :


  • We take great care to package your cookies to preserve their freshness and prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Availability :


  • COD is available for select locations with an additional fee.
  • To avoid any delays, please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the provided address.


Undeliverable Packages :


In case the package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to you to confirm the details. A re-shipping fee may apply.
